Stage Assistant

Calgary, AB, CA, Canada

Job Description

Do you binge-watch home makeover shows and find yourself critiquing every decor decision?

Are you eager to learn the ropes of professional staging--from hanging art to picking the perfect accent pillows--and see your work featured in stunning real estate listings?

If you're hoping to break into the design world,

this is your golden ticket

to do it with Dekora, a fast-growing leader in luxury staging and decorating.

...so who is Dekora?

Dekora is the #1 luxury home decorator and stager in Calgary

, and we're on a mission to be #1 in Canada!

In order to achieve our mission we need more Staging Assistants!

A

Staging Assistant

is the secret ingredient that transforms a good staging plan into a show-stopping final product. Lead Stagers rely on you to handle the setup details they can't oversee alone. When you place that perfectly chosen lamp on the side table or hang that piece of art at just the right height, you're boosting the home's "wow" factor and helping it sell faster. You are, in many ways, the future of Dekora's staging team, learning the craft from the ground up.

Hang Art & Mirrors

: If you're handy with a drill and level, great! If not, we'll teach you.

Final Touches

: Fluff cushions, straighten rugs, ensure every detail is camera-ready.
