PRIMARY CONTRIBUTION


The Staffing Manager orchestrates and optimizes the entire staffing lifecycle to maximize revenues for the company. This involves building and sustaining strong client relationships, driving business development initiatives for client expansion, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic account management. By actively powering the recruitment process, fostering client satisfaction, and implementing innovative strategies, the Staffing Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, enhancing performance metrics, and contributing to the organization's position as an industry leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Client Account Engagement and Growth:



Manage Client relationships, ensuring our Clients are so satisfied with our work that they give us 100% of their relevant business and never leave us for our competitors . Manage and take accountability for all open and incoming requisitions and projects, as well as their progress and profitability - on and offsite .
Increase repeat and referral business, addressing Client issues and inquiries regarding current business and potential contracts.

Represent and build awareness of Staff Shop's brand, mission, vision and values through presentations, meetings, onsite check ins, trade shows and other marketing and networking events. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Identify and pursue new client opportunities for business expansion. Drive revenue growth through upselling services to existing clients and securing new business.

Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Management:



Champion innovation in Candidate engagement and attraction, leveraging cutting-edge approaches in job posting, advertising, and networking to consistently attract top-tier talent. Manage the cultivation of a robust pool of talent, enabling us to fulfill all incoming orders with personnel to spare Represent and build awareness of the Staff Shop brand, Mission, Vision & Values through interviews, onsite presence, job fairs and other recruitment events. Ensure compliance with all Regional, Provincial and Federal laws and regulations while effectively managing hiring, terminations, performance management and health and safety issues of employees, through a lens of kindness and respect.

Operational Excellence and Innovation

:

Streamline and optimize internal processes, with a focus on CRM utilization for enhanced efficiency. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services. Stay abreast of industry trends, compliance, and regulations to guide internal operations effectively. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, revising and updating them as business processes evolve. Build and maintain a professional network for business opportunities. Contribute to thought leadership and succession planning within the staffing team. Drive performance development and upskilling for self, internal colleagues and temporary employees

80% Remote work - Stationary Position, operate a computer / phone
20% Client site meetings and events or internal meetings - Move / traverse

Hours:

Abide by Staff Shop's Remote Work Hours Model

Compensation:

Annual salary based on experience, paid semi-monthly + eligible for bonuses. Eligible for health/dental benefits and other incentives after 3 months. Travel reimbursed at $0.55/km + 3 weeks' paid vacation.
