ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the development and integration of Intelcom's systems. Manage integration tasks, ensuring seamless communication between various systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality and efficiency. Drive system design initiatives to enhance the overall architecture and ensure scalable, efficient solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior and junior developers. Ensure the successful execution of various projects. Other duties as assigned, related to system integration and software development.


Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in software development and systems integration. Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Expertise in designing intuitive, reusable, and scalable software components. Ability to simplify complex systems through effective use of data structures and algorithms. Proven experience making sound architectural decisions, including framework selection and build-vs-buy evaluations. Ownership of system health, testing strategy, and long-term maintainability. Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical decisions with Intelcom's business goals. Strong understanding of Intelcom's products, customers, and operational priorities. Effective cross-functional collaboration and mentorship across engineering teams. Clear communication of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
