Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development. 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies, storage, or hardware developer. 3 years of experience with software design and developer. Experience with Apps Framework, Boq, Pod Spanner, One Platform.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Development, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects. 2 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.

Responsibilities

Lead the translation of complex customer needs into system designs, evaluating alternatives and collaborating on long-term product roadmaps. Take full ownership of critical projects in a high-speed environment, from initial scoping and rigorous estimation through to final execution. Advocate operational excellence, driving innovation and high standards for product quality, reliability, and maintainability. Mentor and develop junior team members while actively contributing to broader team plans, priorities, and developing culture. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership with a passion for innovation and the agility to master new technology stacks as business needs evolve.
