Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Kroll experiene is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy. Dispense medications accurately while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy for patients in acute care settings. Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient profiles. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication regimens as necessary. Stay current with advancements in pharmaceuticals and participate in continuous education.

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the

College of Pharmacists Manitoba

Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication The ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations The ability to work independently and as part of a team Continuing care pharmacy experience preferred Experience with Kroll preferred
Compensation Package:

$60.00 -$65.00 an hour. depending on experience. Yearly bonus depending on performance Extended Health, Dental, Vision.
