Staff Pharmacist
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medications through proper dispensing, monitoring, and patient counseling.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in medication reconciliation processes
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements regarding pharmacy practice.
Requirements:
- Current pharmacist license in Ontario.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $52.00 per hour
