Think compounding sounds like a mysterious art involving cauldrons and secret potions? While we are experts in the science of personalized medicine, you don't need to be a compounding wizard to join our team.

We're looking for pharmacists who are curious, eager to learn, and open to expanding their clinical toolkit. If you've got a strong foundation in pharmacy and a passion for patient care, we'll teach you the rest. Our team provides thorough on-the-job training and ongoing support - no previous compounding experience required.

Pace Pharmacy is a specialty compounding pharmacy with 2 locations in Toronto. In addition to our "regular" dispensary, we have fully equipped sterile and non-sterile laboratories catering to anyone and everyone who requires compounded medication. We pride ourselves on offering supreme customer service to patients and healthcare professionals alike.

The successful candidate:

Is a licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Is a team player as well as a leader. Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Has strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates professionalism and commitment to patient care. Has strong interpersonal skills. Possess a positive and team-oriented attitude. Wants to join a growing organization.
