We are a locally owned and operated, "Boutique Pharmacy" that is part of a community.

Looking for a part-time pharmacist to join our exciting team at Airport Village Pharmasave. Looking for an individual with strong clinical skills and is injection certified. We are a customer focused practice that requires strong communication skills and exceptional customer service. Great hours as the store closes at 6pm at the latest, closed on Sundays. Qualifications

BSc. In Pharmacy or PharmD degree Registered BC Pharmacist in good standing with College of Pharmacists Certified Immunizer with valid First-Aid/Injection Certification Prior Pharmacy and/or Retail Pharmacy experience is an asset Prior experience with Kroll is an asset

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acknowledge customers approaching the Pharmacy, offer assistance promptly and in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management. Communicate with other health care professionals within the circle of care to provide optimal customer care. Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy, i.e. customer records, narcotic and controlled drug records. Provide timely and positive resolutions to customer needs and requests from other healthcare providers. Provide counselling on prescriptions, over the counter/behind the counter products and all health related issues, including but not limited to indications, contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage. Control access to the dispensary with respect to inventory and patient confidentiality Supervise pharmacy assistants and provide guidance and direction to facilitate staff development, culture of excellence, while promoting business growth

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
