We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a

full-time permanent position

at our independent community pharmacy in Paris, Ontario. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care while contributing to the growth and development of our practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional pharmaceutical services, build meaningful patient relationships, and play an integral role in our community-focused healthcare team. Staff Support:

Assistant on-site

Schedule:

M - F (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Sat (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, counseling, and medication reviews.

Pharmacy Operations:

Manage dispensing, compounding (Level A), and inventory control.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards.

Business Growth:

Help establish the pharmacy's reputation, attract new patients, and expand services.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work

additional hours if needed

(especially during peak periods or staff shortages).

Leadership:

Assist in hiring and training future pharmacy assistants as the business grows.

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed & Experienced:

Registered with OCP, with experience in

community pharmacy

and

proficient with compounding

.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in

Kroll software

Self-Starter:

Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage a pharmacy with minimal support (initially no assistant).

Patient-Focused:

Strong communication skills and a commitment to personalized care.

Long-Term Commitment:
