Our client is a newly established independent pharmacy in Paris, Ontario, looking for a dedicated,

long-term Staff Pharmacist

to lead and grow with us. This is a

permanent, full-time position

for someone who is passionate about building strong patient relationships, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of a community-focused pharmacy.

Schedule:

M - F (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Sat (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, counseling, and medication reviews.

Pharmacy Operations:

Manage dispensing, compounding (Level A), and inventory control.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards.

Business Growth:

Help establish the pharmacy's reputation, attract new patients, and expand services.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work

additional hours if needed

(especially during peak periods or staff shortages).

Leadership:

Assist in hiring and training future pharmacy assistants as the business grows.

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed & Experienced:

Registered with OCP, with experience in

community pharmacy

and

proficient with compounding

.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in

Kroll software

Self-Starter:

Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage a pharmacy with minimal support (initially no assistant).

Patient-Focused:

Strong communication skills and a commitment to personalized care.

Long-Term Commitment:

Seeking a stable, permanent role with a vested interest in the pharmacy's success.
