Duties

Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Provide expert medication counseling and patient education on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate pharmacological therapies, considering physiology, medical history, and current health status. Collaborate with healthcare teams on medical management plans, including pain management protocols & immunization. Manage inventory levels efficiently by overseeing stock replenishment. Utilize pharmacy software systems (FILLWARE) for accurate documentation of prescriptions, patient records, and medication administration details. . Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient service delivery. Maintain detailed records of all pharmacy activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and inventory audits.

Experience

Demonstrated clinical pharmacy experience with a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology principles. Hands-on experience with Fillware pharmacy software system.. Skilled in immunizations administration. Experience working with pediatric populations or specialized areas such as pain management or medical management is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
