Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical services in a community pharmacy setting. Korean language is an asset. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient outcomes through medication management, counseling, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. The Staff Pharmacist will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective medication use while supporting the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with all regulations Offer comprehensive patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies Maintain detailed and accurate pharmacy records, including medication inventories and documentation Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional pharmacy laws and policies Participate in vaccine administration to patient population

Qualifications

Valid pharmacist license with OCP Korean or Cantonese or Tagalog or Russian language is an asset Prior experience working in a community Pharmacy Excellent communication skills for effective patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry best practices Overseeing various aspects of pharmacy operations and reporting to the pharmacy manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
