Job Description
Silver Fox Pharmacy in London is looking for a responsive, enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities Include
Must possess a positive team spirit
Follows all provincial and federal laws, standards and regulations which govern the practice of pharmacy at all time
Work with all members of the pharmacy team to ensure medication orders are dispensed accurately and safely
Check prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness; communicating concerns to prescriber
Providing professional advice related to dispensing including pharmaceutical care and professional opinions Maintain accurate, organized and complete resident health records ensuring appropriate documentation of health information
Participates in ongoing continuing education, remaining current in pharmaceutical, medical and professional licensing information
Effective organization and time management skills
Qualifications/Experience:
Registration and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Ability to establish strong partnerships with other members of the health care team
Knowledge of Kroll Windows and experience with eMAR an asset
Previous Long Term Care pharmacy experience an asset
