Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our amazing team at IDA Pharmacy in Inuvik, NWT.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with provincial regulatory body Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
