Job Summary

Looking for a staff Pharmacist. kroll paperless experience is must.

Low volume pharmacy. No methadone - Suboxone.

Assistant is available on weekdays.

Current requirement is for Fridays and Saturdays but it can be discussed. Scope for more hours in future.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness of therapy. Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff. Monitor patient medication therapy for safety, efficacy, and adherence. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient-centered care plans. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services. Stay current with medical terminology and advancements in pharmacotherapy.

Skills

Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety and efficacy. Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to pharmacology. Ability to administer medications accurately and effectively. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $43.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
