On behalf of a well-established chain pharmacy with multiple locations across Quebec region and in collaboration with Edge Plus Inc-Canada, we\xe2\x80\x99re currently looking to fill the position of 2 Full Time Pharmacists to join our team and provide excellent customer service while ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication orders.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications according to prescriptions and provide information to patients about medications and their use.
• Monitor patient drug therapies for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and other related activities.
• Provide consultation services to health care professionals regarding drug therapy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Provide drug information to health care professionals, patients, and the public.
• Demonstrate peer to peer collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve positive sales growth based on well-defined KPIs {Key Performance Indicators}

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in the province of Quebec with a valid PR/citizenship status.
• Fluent French speaker, bi-lingual is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Dynamic, open to learn and ready to work in a fast pace pharmacy setup.
• Superior customer service and ability to communicate effectively and tactfully at different professional levels with all key stakeholders.
• Entrepreneur with a clear business mind set to utilize untapped business opportunities.
• Excellent team player with a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude to roll up his/her sleeves and show utmost support to his clients and co-workers.
• Self-confident and able to cope with fast pace work environment with positive energy.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Excellent salary package that ranges between $63-75$/hrs.
• Sign on bonus with a cash lump sum payment that ranges between $5\xe2\x80\x99000-10\xe2\x80\x99000.
