Staff Pharmacist

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated pharmacist to participate in the daily dispensary operations, working in a team environment and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
- 4-5 days/week (40 - 50 hours), some weekends;
- 1 consulting day (Professional Services);

Responsibilities:
- Fully utilize their expanded scope of practice including prescription adaptations, renewing or extending a prescription, injections, therapeutic substitution, medication reviews, minor ailment prescribing and pre-travel consults.
- Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple demands and maintaining work priorities and goals.
- Patient centered mindset, attentive, organized, demonstrated collaborative approach to working with other pharmacy team members, passion for pharmacy and client care, takes initiative, empathetic, works efficiently and accurately.
- Professional work ethic, ensuring confidentiality of client records and medical information.
- Contributes to promoting a positive, friendly, safe, and healthy environment for all team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Part A Pharmacist in Good Standing
- License to practice in Ontario
- must have flu shot certification and First Aid/CPR training.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Licence/Certification:
Canadian Pharmacist License (required)
