Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms accurately.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about care plans, procedures, and treatments.
Assist in diagnostic tests, collect samples, and prepare them for laboratory analysis.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life support when necessary.
Participate in continuous training and professional development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
Valid nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN as applicable).
Proven experience as a nurse or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software.
