We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team for VACCINATION.
Responsibilities
Administer VACCINES and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and medication administration. Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and best practices in nursing care.
Experience
Previous experience in VACCINATION. Proficiency in VACCINATION Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
