Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team for VACCINATION. .
Duties
Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history Administer Vaccines and treatments as prescribed*
Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Skills
Proficient in Vaccination Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating leadership capabilities Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on enhancing the overall patient experience
