Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in basic food preparations for all meals.
• Maintains the supplies in the staff kitchen areas and ensures cleanliness at all times.
• Cleans kitchen equipment, food preparation and storage areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize workload and work under pressure.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Good culinary skills and cooking abilities
• Working experience with various knife-cutting techniques
• Good understanding of food safety preparation including critical control temperatures.

What You Bring:

• 1 year experience in hospitability or food and beverage industry preferred.
• Capable and willing to work with fast food equipment, including grills and deep fryers.
• Food Safe level 1
