We are looking for a Staff & Marketing Assistant to be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. For new customers, this involves gathering information to complete a quote. For existing customers, you will assist with policy inquiries and/or direct clients to one of our specialists as appropriate; listen and guide customers through the claims and billing processes along with the team. You will also help us with our agency contact program to proactively reach out to clients to schedule policy reviews and other administrative duties and special projects as needed to support our clients and team.

Expectations/Requirements
:
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and in person client inquiries
Providing a "wow" factor level of service to clients
Reaching out to current and potential clients
Setting up appointments for Sales and Customer Service Account Associates
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and foster team spirit
The successful candidate shall be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment

Previous customer service/customer facing experience
