On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

About the Program:

The STA NEXT program introduces new grads, junior sales talent and candidates passionate about B2B sales to top employers actively hiring for entry-level B2B sales positions! These employers are hiring for positions ranging from Business Development Representatives to Account Managers and Junior Account Executives.

The program allows you to be presented to 10+ exciting and active clients looking to hire and train great talent. Clients have access to your resume, your preference in the work environment, base salary expectations, and a quick introduction video where you highlight your value. If selected by any client, an Account Manager on the STA NEXT team will reach out to you to chat about the company and position they are hiring for.

What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you?:

All clients that you are presented to offer competitive compensation packages with base salaries ranging from $45k-60k and uncapped commissions and other perks. All of our clients offer amazing mentorship opportunities or training programs, and growth potential to ensure you succeed in your B2B sales career.

Requirements:

• Passionate about wanting a career in B2B Sales!
• No prior experience is required! All new grads eager to grow within a B2B sales career are welcome.
• Individuals already in an entry-level position looking for more growth opportunities are also encouraged to apply!
• Available to interview within 48 hours
