We're hiring multiple full-time Security Professional(s) for our industrial & event sites in

Squamish & Whistler.

Job Requirements:

Valid Security License (BST) - Basic Security Training Valid Class 5 Driver's License & Clean Driver's abstract from ICBC Strong observation and communication skills, the ability to maintain self-control, and the ability to make quick decisions during emergency situations Must possess a High School Diploma. An additional diploma/degree/certificate in criminology or a law-enforcement-related study would be considered an asset Must be bondable and able to pass a security clearance Should be comfortable working alone or within diverse teams and must be able to stick to procedures and set routines Must pass a Pre-Employment (D&A) Drug & Alcohol test Must have an open availability Must act in a disciplined, honest, and ethical manner

Duties and responsibilities:

Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel Access Control Evict trespassers/vagrants Complete incident reports when necessary Providing great customer service to visitors & contractors Regular patrolling with the ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

SSR provides comprehensive support including accommodation and travel expenses to eligible candidates selected for this position

Paid site-specific training will be provided to the selected candidates.
