Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior / Lead UI Developer

with extensive hands-on experience in

React

and

Angular

frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable front-end solutions, leading UI development practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications. Strong expertise in

RxJS

,

NgRx

, and modern UI performance optimization is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale UI applications.
Work in a fully onsite development environment collaborating with UX, backend, and product teams.
Develop reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimized for speed and scalability.
Drive code reviews, best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot UI issues and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery.

Must Have Technical Skills:

Banking domain experience is must to have.

12+ years

' experience in Frontend/UI development.

Expert-level proficiency in:

React

(Hooks, Context API, State Management)

Angular

(v9+ preferred)

RxJS

,

NgRx

or similar state management libraries

Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
Experience designing scalable component-based UI architectures.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and browser rendering optimization skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in financial/banking domain.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of Micro Frontend Architecture.
Experience working with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
