Our relentless commitment to innovation, excellence, and patient-centered care sets us apart in the fight against HIV, and now, we\'re searching for an exceptional Sr. Territory Manager to join our dynamic HIV Specialty Sales team (DOVATO), Ontario East, as we continue to break boundaries and lead the way! In this dynamic role, your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and work closely with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) will be essential to delivering success. Additionally, your adeptness at partnering cross-functionally will be critical to achieving the goals of this position.
The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate a proven track record in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives that align with both territory and account-level goals. This role demands a results-oriented approach that focuses on successful outcomes, which include selling to HCPs, servicing their accounts, and unwavering alignment with ViiV Healthcare\'s mission of leaving no person with HIV behind. Your contributions in this role will play a vital part in the broader mission of transforming the lives of those living with HIV, making a significant difference in healthcare, and driving positive change in the field of Specialty Sales.
This is a Field role where you will support Ontario East, the successful candidate must be based in the Toronto area as the majority of our clients are based in this location.

1. Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service:
Identify, target, and win new business by collaborating with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to introduce innovative approaches to HIV treatment.
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to gain a deep understanding of the clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
Utilize data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to pinpoint high-priority prospects.
Develop and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment models to reach more patients.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience to our valued customers.
Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset, ensuring customers experience a cohesive, integrated ViiV.
Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests.
Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs), scaling successful strategies, and effective problem-solving.
2. Develop and Foster External Relationships:
Cultivate valuable relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
3. Compliance, Accountability, and Values-Based Culture:
Embrace ViiV\'s culture, expectations, and values as you drive positive change.
Thrive in a launch environment, seeing setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth.
Courageously escalate issues and risks when necessary, always advocating for what\'s right.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of and adherence to key compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the National Sales Director, fellow specialist representatives, and cross-functional partners (marketing, medical, community, etc.).
Report all identified adverse events in a timely manner in accordance with internal policies (including VH-CORP-400) and training, and provide follow-up information when received.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science OR a mix of formal education and related work experience within the HIV, Infectious Disease or Virology sector.
3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience as consistent top performer.
Experience partnering cross functionally with other field-based team members.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
Experience launching new products
Previous specialty care experience
Experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives
Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Valid Driver\'s License* and ability to travel approx. 50% of the time.
*This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company \xe2\x80\x93 leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, ViiV will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
Proven ability to build and leverage a network of specialist physicians.
Previous experience in the HIV market
Experience successfully selling working with Specialty Pharmacies
Strong planning and organization skills, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making ability, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
