The successful candidate will manage multiple projects and programs, partnering with software development managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, build, and operate innovative sortation software. With a high degree of ownership, you will coordinate the development of our proprietary solutions end-to-end.
Key job responsibilities
Manage overall technical program lifecycle and coordinate multiple projects
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical solutions
Report on status of program execution, quality, operations, and system performance to management
Work closely with engineers and product managers to define technical requirements and approach
Foster culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and best practices
Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
Work with a diverse customer base to understand requirements, priorities, and processes
Own all operational metrics and support for assigned programs

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
