The function of the International (Int\'l) real-estate Sr. Team Member/Specialist requires a close relationship with various departments such has Legal, Finance, Vendor Maintenance, Project Managers, Product Managers, Procurement, Operations team as well as various landlords wherever business is held.

The Int\'l Real Estate Sr. Team Member/Specialist must understand accounting principles as well as have a Real Estate or Legal background.

Le \xc2\xab Co\xc3\xa9quipier S\xc3\xa9nior - Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en immobilier \xc2\xbb doit avoir une compr\xc3\xa9hension des principes comptables, ainsi qu\'avoir de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience / formation juridique ou en immobilier.

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

KEY OBJECTIVES * Invoice Management: The Sr Team member will manage a portfolio of accounts and will ensure that invoices are received and processed for payment in a timely manner and according to our obligations set forth in said lease agreements.

  • Contract Management: Periodic lease agreement negotiation and renewal. The Sr Team member will manage a portfolio of accounts and be prime to initiating renewals directly with our landlords with the objective of mirroring our business needs in these said leases to extract the required benefits and business strategy.

Gestion des comptes et factures : Le \xc2\xab Co\xc3\xa9quipier Senior - Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en immobilier \xc2\xbb sera responsable de g\xc3\xa9rer un ensemble de comptes, et s\'assurera que les factures sont re\xc3\xa7ues, v\xc3\xa9rifi\xc3\xa9es, cod\xc3\xa9es et pay\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 temps, conform\xc3\xa9ment aux contrats de location. Gestion des contrats / Renouvellement et n\xc3\xa9gociation p\xc3\xa9riodiques des contrats de location : Le \xc2\xab Co\xc3\xa9quipier S\xc3\xa9nior - Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en immobilier \xc2\xbb sera responsable de g\xc3\xa9rer un ensemble de comptes, et sera la personne principale qui initiera le renouvellement des contrats avec les propri\xc3\xa9taires ou g\xc3\xa9rants d\'immeubles, en ayant l\'objectif de refl\xc3\xa9ter nos besoins commerciaux dans ces dits baux pour extraire les avantages et la strat\xc3\xa9gie commerciale requis.

Minimum qualification & experience
  • Diploma of Collegial studies (DEC) (one or the other) in Business administration, Legal/Paralegal, Real Estate or equivalent.
  • \xc2\xb1 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an important asset.
EXIGENCES/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales (DEC) en Administration, Paral\xc3\xa9gal/ Juridique ou Immobilier, ou formation \xc3\xa9quivalente
  • \xc2\xb1 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinent.
  • Connaissance approfondie de Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • La connaissance de SAP est un atout important.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the necessary PR/PO approvals as per the Company\'s SCM Policy and other related tasks. Invoice payment processing.
  • Deals directly with our Finance group on various topics such as pending approvals, escalations on issues, etc. Tracks key budget control elements as identified by the group VP.
  • Contributes to the establishment of the Annual Operating Plan budget. Coordinates the organization of cost savings activities relating to the sector. Keeps up-to-date files in connection with the development of the sector and associated activities. Helps prepare strategies and action plans relating to corporate activities of the sector. Periodically updates SAP/REFX for new or existing lease agreements.

  • Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les dossiers en lien avec le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de notre secteur et activit\xc3\xa9s. Aider \xc3\xa0 pr\xc3\xa9parer les plans d\'actions et \xc3\xa9tablir des strat\xc3\xa9gies en lien avec les activit\xc3\xa9s corporatives du secteur.
  • Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement les contrats courants ou nouveaux dans SAP/REFX
