Responsible for supporting global software Serialization systems and supply chain Integration activities with external partners.

This position plays a critical role working with the business to align software efforts to business objectives. The incumbent is required to interface with the leadership team, IT at other sites and external partners to ensure the business and IT needs are met. The incumbent is required to work with various manufacturing and contract manufacturers and provide IT software support. Mastering SAP integration is key.

This position requires to be available on call when needed. Success is support of all aspects of the process integration within agreed service levels

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform IT activities to support the Serialization systems and other integration. Day to day requests may come from multiple sites and contract partners.

2. Participate to the requirements phase with the business team and the external partners to establish the serialization plan that will fulfill the needs.

3. Work with the vendor of the Serialization system to report and resolve issues.

4. Develop and implement enhancements and other software work requests within agreed upon schedule and performance.

5. Communicate system problems to the management and coordinate resolution of those problems.

6. Adhere to change management activities to ensure systems stay SOX and GMP compliant. Ensure system is always audit-ready.

7. Perform IT activities to support the packaging sites to ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements:

This position requires a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, engineering or administration.

The person must have experience with any supply chain serialization system and External partners integration.

The person must demonstrate leadership, excellent communications, and attention to detail. The person needs to be highly organized, able to meet commitments, self-motivated and must be able to work independently.

Must have the following:

  • Strong Experience with SAP Integrations.
  • Good understand of System Master Date for Material, Customer and Vendor.
  • Strong experience working with software vendors.
  • Strong experience supporting software applications.
  • Strong experience in the supply chain activities
  • Working knowledge of barcoding technologies
  • Fully bilingual French and English
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with Axway Track-n-Trace serialization system
  • Cross functional skills
