We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior System & Audit Operations Specialist who will contribute to the management of the divisions practices, methodologies, initiatives and systems in order to enable the successful achievement of divisional priorities and objectives.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the VP, Internal Audit, you will be empowered to:

Manage the Audit Management Software (AMS) as the primary super user, administrator and subject matter expert; manage the configuration of system, data and reporting, licenses, access, develop and administer training, user and reference materials etc.

Develop and manage relationship with Software Vendor, ensuring performance to established SLA\xe2\x80\x99s; escalate performance and related issues to Enterprise Procurement in liaison with IT.

Coordinate system updates and partner with Software Vendor to ensure maximum utilization and the optimization of AMS system in liaison with IT.

Contribute to the development and implementation of divisional initiatives.

Under guidance of the VP, oversee the divisional budget and financial activities including processing invoices, managing membership dues, analyze spend, liaise with Finance and provide regular updates to leadership team.

Under guidance of VP and Directors Internal Audit, manage reporting to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), President and CEO and Board of Directors including preparing reports, presentations, templates, content creation, performing quality reviews etc.

Manage Internal Audit processes related to records management, audit certifications, onboarding and offboarding, and team independence requirements including attestations, disclosures and restrictions and other related items.

Develop, distribute and track client feedback surveys and responses, conduct analysis and report to VP and Directors of Internal audit.

Under guidance of VP and Directors Internal Audit, own and manage the divisional time tracking and resource planning activities (e.g., update templates, consolidate data for follow-up and resource management).

Compile data by liaising with Internal Audit team members for content required for enterprise reporting (e.g., Quarterly Business Review).

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work Experience: Three (3) years of experience in audit software and audit department operational activities. Experience in audit or a related field.

Education: University degree or college diploma in business administration or related field. Knowledge of audit and/or consulting practices, methodologies and approaches is an asset.

Critical Skills: Strong oral, written and visual communication skills. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Word skills. Relationship management skills. Strong coordination and organization skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Detail-oriented. Capacity for innovative thinking. Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
