Sr Spotfire Programmer

Summary
Programmers are needed to rebuild study medical data review visualizations.
Requirements
At least 3 years of Spotfire programming
SDTM experience
Clinical knowledge and/or knowledge of different data models.
Description
The client has new architecture and a new data capture hub.
- Data is brought in and then custom visualizations are constructed.
- Migrating off the file base systems to relational database
- File based system has been up for about 10 years or so
- The data are mapped into SDTM-like formats within the relational database at this point
- A mix of updating to more modern formats of SDTM standards
- The client has an established team.
- They have about ~300 studies running
- 140 active
- 160 legacy
- Taking SAS reports and reconverting them into Spotfire
- It\'s more of a design issue than a programming issue
- Guidance in place, so this is a remapping through the existing set of studies.
- Mapping needs to be done from the file system file locations into the relational database.
- They already have standard R functions for database extracts and these are available as templates.
