Sr. Specialist, Pharmacy Systems

In this role, you will play a key role in transforming our pharmacy systems, providing


end-to-end product support for Enterprise Mergers and Acquisitions and pharmacy Store Closures. You will drive product initiatives for the Kroll Retail Pharmacy Application, develop functional solutions for pharmacy systems, and ensure seamless operations for our end-users

Do:



Drive continuous improvement and product initiatives for the Kroll Retail Pharmacy Application. Collaborate on pharmacy system transformation projects, from planning and requirements to testing and support. Create functional solutions for store-level and integrated pharmacy systems. Conduct impact analyses and provide strategic recommendations for issues and new initiatives. Partner with business teams to translate complex needs into simple, effective system solutions. Provide end-to-end product support for all Enterprise Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and pharmacy Store Closures. This includes establishing data conversion rules, ensuring data integrity, creating test cases, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and evaluating new system developments.

What you Bring:



Hands-on experience with multiple pharmacy systems, HealthWATCH and Kroll required. (Experience with HWNG, WinRx, Fillware, Nexxsys, PropelRx and Assyst-Rx are an asset). In-depth understanding of pharmacy operations, current business practices, and legislation, including provincial/third-party drug plan rules. (Pharmacy assistant experience is an asset). Proven success in pharmacy transformation projects, particularly M&A. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach. (Project and Product Management experience is an asset)
