Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, the Senior Specialist, Content Marketing (Social Media) is responsible for activating Sonnet's social media strategy to engage consumers, customers, and partners while managing brand reputation. This role champions social media governance and best practices across the company, requiring strong campaign and community management skills. Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance, and supporting content strategy and planning.
