Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver Planview solution architecture and deep-dive demonstrations--including Anvi's AI-powered analytics and intelligent automation--for Lean/Agile and value stream management prospects and customers.
Advise companies on their value stream and Agile transformation journey accelerated by AI technology.
Support sales teams by understanding client environments, methodologies, processes, and portfolio/program management approaches.
Assist in defining solution architectures that leverage AI for predictive insights, capacity planning, and decision intelligence.
Lead executive-level meetings and workshops to showcase AI-driven insights and business intelligence.
Address technical, security, and feature-related objections during the sales process to move deals forward.
Drive multi-product solution sales, including AI-enabled capabilities, coaching, and technical services.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Assist customers in implementing and customizing ALM solutions to support Agile teams, programs, and products.
Communicate the value of AI-driven decision support, generative AI assistants, and intelligent automation to stakeholders.
Develop and deliver proposals, targeted demos, and workshops/POCs showcasing Anvi's natural language querying, conversational analytics, and intelligent recommendations.
Collaborate with field sales and regional solution consulting teams to define account strategy and ensure campaigns--from discovery through pilots--realize the full value of Planview solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities.
Support Solution Consultants in other regions running workshops and POCs featuring Anvi and other AI-powered features.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Pre-Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting experience
High-energy self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
5+ years' experience with Lean, Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and/or DevOps
Experience with Planview products (AgilePlace, Viz, Anvi) and familiarity with multiple tools including:
+ Atlassian Jira Align, Aha!
+ Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps (TFS), Digital.ai Agility, Rally
+ Testing tools: Tricentis Tosca, OpenText ALM
+ ITSM tools: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy
Understanding of project-to-product and Value Stream Management enhanced by AI and predictive analytics
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical applications in product delivery
* Agile certifications a plus (SAFe Agilist, SPC, LPM, CSM, CPO, PMI, etc.)
