Digital permission slips, automated internal forms and approval processes, and district-wide visibility help schools and districts ensure everyone is using the right forms with the right approvals, every time. Our platform is used by thousands of accounts across more than 30 countries in over 100 languages, and we’re just getting started!

Our recent rollout of ‘District Edition’ and the subsequent district uptake has been amazing, and we are now focused on expanding our team to continue building on our product lead in the space.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Review and analyze system specifications and ensure business requirements are met
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate UX experience from customer perspective
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Identify and report defects and errors to development teams
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Identify design and UX styling issues
• Review content for spelling, grammar, and end user messaging

• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
• Good understanding of HTML fundamentals, CSS, and SQL
• Familiarity with responsive web applications
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Familiarity with Accessibility (specifically W3C’s WCAG)
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using testing tools, such as JIRA, Xray, etc.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related experience
• Experience with OAuth/LDAP and Single-Sign-On a bonus
