Job Summary:
NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Senior Software Factory Performance and Change Leader to join our Software Factory Performance team. The Senior Software Factory Performance and Change Leader is working in a team, Performance, within NAVBLUE's Software Factory that builds the company's core products: software for flight operations.
The role is key to contributing that the Software Factory produces software on time, on quality, and in the most efficient way possible in North America. The Senior Software Factory Performance and Change Leader focuses on the activities (project/process) across our different production sites however it will be dedicated to North America, Waterloo (Canada) and linked when needed with the other sites Gdansk (Poland), Bengaluru (India), or Toulouse (France).
The role involves performance coordination within the Software Factory performance team, and liaising transversely with the deliveries manager, chapters leaders and the Performance central team. The Senior Software Factory Performance and Change Leader reports to the HO Software Factory Performance.
Responsibilities:
Based on Navblue's company objectives / Software Factory objectives, the role will be in charge of :
+ Set up performance governance meetings (efficiency) in NA with the SWF Performance team (process explanations). and operational excellence team
+ Implement performance KPIs, Okrs, and operational indicators for the NA region aligned with the operational excellence / performance central team / the deliveries manager and the RTes and liaise when needed with the risk manager representative.
+ Actively identify and lead initiatives to improve SWF processes, KPIs and operational performance for the site (on time, on quality, and efficiency), using lean and agile methodologies & principles
+ Contribute to the evolution of SWF Key Performance Indicators
+ Ensure the consolidation at software factory performance level
+ Push for improvement action plan when needed with the different stakeholders
+ On top, the Senior Software Factory Performance and Change Leader will be in charge of the change management and help the region to develop a performance mindset culture Monitor and analyze the performance of internal and sub-contracted Software Factory activities, with the support of the Delivery Manager
Dashboarding / KPIs
The role will be responsible of operational performance and KPIs dashboard implementation and will be accountable to control operational SWF performance and alert the delivery manager, HO PM to set up improvement actions plan when needed within the region
And accountable of the dashboard and reporting for NA and organize accordingly the performance review local with a liaison with central team
To be successful in the role, the Senior Software Factory Performance and Change Leader must understand software factory activities and adopt a proactive and collaborative approach with stakeholders to ensure buy-in, advancement, and performance in relation to SWF activities and processes.
Required Technical Skills/Experience:
Software development experience is required for this role
Knowledge and/or experience of Companies Goals setting Performance/ Kpi Tree implementation dashboard and reporting
Transverse project management / Agile project management: SAFe framework is required
Experience of driving improvement initiatives, and/or knowledge improvement methodologies such as Lean, process mapping, and value stream mapping will be a plus

Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in engineering, management, software development, or equivalent relevant work experience
Min 5 years of overall work experience

Salary information:
Annual Salary from $85,000 to $129,000 + 10% annual bonus eligibility
