Who We\'re Looking For
We are looking for a talented and experienced senior software developer to play a critical role in the delivery of world class tolling and revenue software systems to clients in North America and overseas.

Most of the things you\'ll work on:

• Work with software developers, project managers and clients to produce, enhance and maintain customer service websites and mobile apps
• Technical leadership within the team in the creation and evolution of complex production software systems with a particular focus on web and mobile
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers, project managers, testers
• Participate in technology stack evaluations and design decisions
• Drive continuous improvement on the team in the areas of quality, efficiency and operational excellence and foster a culture of trust and accountability
• Participate in aid in continuous improvements of existing standards and best practices
• Consistently explore new technologies that can be applied to our domain
• Participate in team management activities and sprint/project planning

Qualifications

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have

• 7-10 years experience in software development
• Solid experience and understanding of all things C# and .NET
• Experience with SQL and/or Oracle specifically
• Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast paced environment
• A solid understanding of software development and deployment principles
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• High levels of initiative and resourcefulness/creative thinking
• Demonstrable experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives

You know that:

• All approaches to software/technology have their benefits and drawbacks
• Agile approaches to software development are excellent and should be applied to situations that warrant them
• People and teams are the key to all software projects
• You are passionate about technology

Would be great if you had:

• Diploma or degree in a technology related field
• Experience in a consulting or agency setting
• Development experience in PHP
• Development experience in Vue.js, React.js
