This role is for a highly experienced SAP Professional with deep expertise in SAP ECC FICO, S/4HANA, and S/4 Group Reporting. The candidate will lead the design and delivery of complex finance transformation programs, translating strategic business goals into structured, scalable SAP solutions. The role requires a blend of technical mastery, business acumen, and project and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate the functional needs and priorities of Finance stakeholders into robust SAP finance solutions from Finance perspective, partnering with Agilent IT and implementation partners.
Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs across geographies; develop best practices for seamless integration across modules (FICO, MM, SD, PS), from Finance perspective.
Drive data modeling/reporting initiatives aligned to different functions (including Finance Operations, Tax, Global Trade, FP&A etc.)
Establish effective controls for financial reporting systems for ECC to S/4 transitions; compliance controls.
Collaborate with IT teams on architecture decisions/planning related to S/4 HANA Group Reporting. Develop and implement best strategies for transition for a successful Finance Transformation from Oracle EPM to S4 Group Reporting.
Drive adoption of new reporting platforms leveraging modern technologies including SAP Analytics Cloud.
Ensure timely delivery of reports relating various dimensions as per global policy standards.
Mentor junior team members on process design issues; provide thought leadership.
Shape group-wide financial reporting strategy in alignment with evolving business objectives; articulate key strategies and KPIs.

Qualifications
Masters or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance or closely related field.
10+ years' experience implementing large-scale ERP finance solutions (SAP preferred).
Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA
Demonstrated experience leading business process redesigns: Record-to-Report; Procure-to-Pay; and Order-to-Cash.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $126,913.00 - $198,301.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
