As the Sr. Project Manager, you will:
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and programs from pre-sale through planning, execution, and operational hand-off - with a focus on events, programs, and experience-driven initiatives. (This role does not include IT system development or technical product management.)* Develop and oversee project plans including timelines, workbacks, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and quality control standards.
Partner with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions - including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences - that meet strategic objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment among creative, production, logistics, and client-facing teams - not technical engineering teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project details, updates, and issue resolution.
Monitor and control scope, budget, and timelines, proactively addressing risks and challenges to keep projects on track.
Support the development of event and program strategies to evolve offerings and drive innovation.
Foster trusted client relationships, acting as their advocate within Bond and ensuring their business goals are understood and met.
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in events and experiential marketing - with no requirement for coding, IT system architecture, or other technical build expertise.
Manage project documentation including agendas, meeting notes, status reports, budgets, and invoicing.
Your background:
3-5+ years of experience in project management within client-facing, fast-paced environments, successfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously - with a proven track record in events or related experiential marketing projects.
Post-secondary education in Project Management, Marketing, Events, Communications, or a related discipline.
Currently completing or has completed a CAPM or PMP certification (preferred but not required).
Strong capabilities in budget management, scheduling, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, paired with high attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software/tools - with no requirement for technical development or coding knowledge; (Nice to have) experience with CVENT or similar event technology platforms.
Resilient and adaptable under pressure, able to navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum while meeting tight deadlines.
