Sr. Production Specialist

Job Description
Provide direct technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, compliance, safety, and process improvements. Act as a liaison between production and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical/operational issues with raw materials, equipment, or processes. Collaborate with validation, cleaning, maintenance, QA, and other functions. Propose and implement CAPAs and process changes. Support drafting/review of SOPs, deviations, and master batch records. Review/approve validation and tech transfer documents. Support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects. Analyze trends in deviations/non-conformities and propose solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Pharmaceutical experience is a must. Strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing processes, and technical writing. Bilingual (English/French). Problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset. MS Office proficiency; Lean Six Sigma an asset.
