Sr Product Manager, Merchandising, Brampton, ON

Loblaw Technology and Analytics is actively seeking to hire a Sr. Product Manager who will support the delivery of technical solutions integral to the success of Merchandising Applications. You will play a vital role as the primary technical domain expert instrumental in the design, development and delivery of Merchandising Application solutions.

This role is the focal point between our internal business partners, external Vendors, and our development partners, where the successful candidate has the opportunity to influence and shape the future of Loblaw Merchandising Technology products. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play an important role in establishing new enterprise platforms that enable our digital experiences while also providing new features and capabilities. Ideally you have a technical background and a passion for product management.

The successful candidate can look forward to being a key contributor in assisting Loblaw navigate a rapidly modernizing technology landscape, help solve new and exciting technology challenges, while continually developing and honing your high-demand skills. #LI-Hybrid

What You\'ll Do:

• Define what the team delivers by establishing a Product roadmap, maintaining a product and platform backlog, and delivering new features aligned to the established roadmap.
• Collaborate with enterprise user groups to identify and prioritize enhancements and new capabilities that align to and support key performance indicators.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure that user needs and requirements are appropriately translated into effective platform configurations and technology solutions.
• Contribute to the Design of new features, aid in architectural design, support delivery quality and track service level performance with a focus on business needs, security requirements and architecture standards.
• Lead a diverse agile team (i.e. Infrastructure, Information Security, System/Application Development Teams and external vendors) to assist with the implementation of complex, innovative features and functionality.

What You Bring:

• Hands on experience as a product manager who has supported interpreting business needs and market trends and applying them to a technology platform and roadmap.
• Passionate about implementing, delivering and operating enterprise technology products and working as part of a multi-functional, agile team
• A curious, solution oriented approach with an attention to detail.
• Honed communication, leadership, presentation and collaboration skills.
