What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing

Direct Financial Services (DFS) provides personal and business clients across Canada with direct-to-consumer products and services through a strong network of sites and Contact Centers. Lines of business include CIBC Investor\xe2\x80\x99s Edge and Simplii Financial. DFS priorities are aligned to CIBC\xe2\x80\x99s priorities to focus on our clients, innovate for the future, and simplify our bank.

As Senior Product Manager, Digital Marketing for CIBC Investor\'s Edge, you\xe2\x80\x99ll support the development and execution strategy for digital marketing to help us achieve our growth objectives. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with key partners to help us attract new self-directed investing clients through performance marketing and other digital marketing efforts. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also play a key role in shaping conversion-driven creative that will attract new clients and engage them throughout their online investing and trading journey. Ultimately, here\xe2\x80\x99s how you\xe2\x80\x99ll help:

Support the ongoing optimization of media mix and creative performance strategies. Working closely with key partners, you\xe2\x80\x99ll plan, manage and monitor the media mix and KPIs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also help to identify opportunities to collaborate with new media partners.

Contribute to the production of click-worthy creative that will drive conversions and help us achieve our sales objectives.

Ensure all digital marketing is integrated across all channels including programmatic, social, SEM, and SEO.

Lead/participate in the ideation of conversion-driven copy and design that will engage online investors throughout their trading journey. From promotional offers to educational articles, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with key partners to develop creative that will optimize conversions on ads, landing pages, emails, push, and in-app marketing.

Optimize conversions by leveraging A/B testing and following the data.

Contribute and build a personalization strategy that drives segmented performance and optimization across digital marketing channels.

Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external partners in marketing and analytics.

Support and enable a broader marketing team to drive brand awareness and growth.
