About the Team The Workday Financials Outbound Product Management team partners with Sales, Strategy, Services, and Inbound Product Managers to identify the most significant challenges to be solved via engagement and collaboration with customers, prospects, and our go-to-market (GTM) teams to drive the value, awareness, and adoption of our products.

About the Role

An Outbound Product Manager at Workday combines a deep understanding of product capabilities, product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to direct our roadmap. They enable our customers, partners, and GTM teams to realize the value delivered. Does this sound like you?

In this role, you will:

Serve as the point-of-contact for Supplier Accounts and Tax\xe2\x80\x8b for GTM teams, Marketing, and Services and support them during the Land-Adopt-Expand-Renew operating cycle.

Use competitor analysis, industry trends, product analytics, customer insight and internal customer-facing functions to inform the roadmap.

Be the voice of our customers and apply your understanding of use cases and success outcomes to influence feature design and implementation strategy.

Create and publish content that communicates the \xe2\x80\x9cwhat\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cwhy\xe2\x80\x9d of our features, connecting product capabilities to value.

Design and implement feature adoption initiatives to achieve success outcomes and ensure that customers continuously realize value.

Craft and deliver high-quality presentations to a variety of audiences at conferences, customer visits, and during sales cycles.

Support industry analyst engagements to help position Workday Financials as an industry leader.

About You

Basic Qualifications

6+ years in either product management, consulting, or revenue department operations and technology.

Direct experience with Accounts Payable and Tax.

Other Qualifications

Experience building cross-team relationships with effective outcomes.

Confirmed understanding of design thinking and product development process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead customer engagements and present to large audiences.

Able to make tradeoff decisions, actively collaborate, and appreciate the challenges engineering and product teams face.

Experience developing or supporting enterprise SaaS products.

MBA degree is a plus
