Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time

Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Planner

at our plant in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We will be considering candidates who fall into the category of Senior ME Planner.

Essential Responsibilities

Introducing new components and technologies into production in support of cost effective, high quality products; Working with internal and external contacts on matters concerning product definition, tooling, inspection, scheduling, and corrective actions; Creating and maintaining product definition, tooling, process certification, and shop order routings; Providing shop floor liaison for resolution of technical matters.

Position Requirements

Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering Technology; OR equivalent industry experience 7 to 10 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment; Experience in sheet metal detail manufacturing, machining components, pneumatic and hydraulic hardware, heat treating and forming operations; Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
