We're looking for a results-driven, execution-focused

Senior Marketing Manager

to join our team and take ownership of implementing our marketing initiatives with precision, creativity, and strategic insight. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership to execute impactful marketing programs while contributing your ideas to shape our growth strategy.



This role will focus primarily on marketing our Innovation Advisory consulting services. As RTI continues to scale, this position offers a clear growth trajectory toward marketing leadership roles, including Director of Marketing or Head of Marketing, with the opportunity to build and lead your own marketing team. We offer you an opportunity to



Partner directly with leadership to shape and refine marketing strategy

, contributing market insights, competitive analysis, and campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and company positioning.

Own and manage comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns

across the full funnel, including demand generation, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email, events, and partnerships, while optimizing digital channels to increase visibility and conversion rates.

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Business Development, Product, Design, and Engineering

teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals and support company objectives in a flat, project-driven environment.

Lead thought leadership and sales enablement initiatives

, including executive-level content creation, industry webinars, speaking opportunities, case studies, executive briefings, and ROI calculators to build RTI's credibility and support the consultative sales process.

Manage day-to-day marketing operations and strategic relationships

, including campaign coordination, agency management, contractor oversight, and building relationships with industry partners, vendors, media contacts, and event organizers.

Monitor performance metrics and manage marketing budget allocation

, providing data-driven insights for continuous optimization and ensuring maximum ROI across all initiatives.

What we're looking for



5+ years of B2B marketing experience

, preferably within consulting, advisory, or professional services firms, with proven experience marketing to senior decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises ($10M+ revenue) and understanding of long B2B sales cycles and relationship-driven environments.

Strong execution and project management skills

with hands-on experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Proven experience developing and executing B2B thought leadership content strategies

, including executive-level content, industry insights, and expertise-driven narratives that build trust and authority in B2B consulting environments.

Strategic mindset with exceptional communication abilities

- able to provide thoughtful input and innovative ideas while crafting compelling messages for senior business audiences.

Proactive and self-directed team player

who thrives in flat organizational structures, takes ownership of projects, and works effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability and growth-orientation,

ready to scale marketing efforts as RTI grows, pivot strategies based on business needs, and consistently deliver results in a dynamic startup environment.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
