In the role of Senior Marketing Manager, Seltzer, 12 month contract - Maternity Leave, working in Toronto, you will be part of the Molson Coors Brand Marketing team. We are on a mission to build brands that more people want to hang out with - that means embedding our brands into culture and having the bravery to do breakthrough work, that matters, and that people will care about. That\'s what this role will be all about. It is primarily accountable for creating, localizing, and executing the overall brand strategy across Vizzy and Coors Seltzer, and delivering commercial outcomes such as hitting NSR targets, managing BME spend to agreed levels, and hitting brand equity KPIs annually. You will be working with great people across our organization to deliver work you can be proud of and results that will make a difference.

This position reports to a Director, Seltzer and Flavour and works closely with the broader Marketing and Commercial teams, here in Canada and in the US.

What will you do?

Accelerate Molson Coors Canada\'s ambitions to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers by crafting the Vizzy and Coors Seltzer strategic deliverables:

  • Brand Champion for Vizzy and Coors Seltzer across 360 degrees of the marketing mix in Canada
  • Creates, localizes, and executes Vizzy and Coors Seltzer strategy for Canada
  • Leads, manages, and develops a team of 3 managers/assistant marketing managers across English Canada and Quebec
  • Ensure effective integration of brand plan/ activities with other Company functional areas
  • Leads brand planning process/ AOP development for owned seltzer brands and ultimately delivery against volume, profit, and brand health targets
  • Inspire and lead an external agency partners (advertising, PR, media, retail) to create disruptive and innovative work that delivers against brand strategy.
  • Selling marketing strategy and programming to internal and external stakeholders including sales teams and customers.
  • Work alongside Senior Marketing Manager, Commercialization to develop an innovation pipeline for Canada, and commercialize innovations for the Vizzy and Coors Seltzer portfolio in Canada.

  • You have at least 7 years of brand marketing or related experience
  • You have experience collaborating with sales on implementation of retail-based marketing programs
