Job Title Sr. Manager Technology & Operations Occupancy



What is the Opportunity?

The Manager, Occupancy is focal point for interaction with Technology and Operations (T&O) teams regarding all real estate requests, as well as the relationship with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) occupancy operational team and third party vendors. This position is responsible for understanding the T&O business requirements, interact with Corporate Real Estate and provide solution/proposals that address stakeholder needs.

What will you do?

Act as a trusted advisor to T&O teams and a partner to Corporate Real Estate teams.

Must have a good understanding of the overall real estate strategy and assess alignment of projects accordingly

Requires formal and informal communication with T&O Teams and Management, Finance and Corporate Real Estate

Facilitate issues that arise from various teams and coordinate with Corporate Real Estate and third party providers

Capture and analyze headcount changes as well as distribution of staff across T&O Real Estate Portfolio

Responsible to create and enhance reporting in support of Real Estate strategy and governance

Provide Support teams in areas related to RBC Facilities such as ensuring proper access by staff, and act as liaison with various teams such as corporate security, as well as CRE Facilities Group

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

Bachelor's degree

Proficiency and comfort utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)

Strong communication and organizational skills combined with the ability to work in an activity based work setting

Financial Acumen

Nice-to-have:

Degree in Real Estate/Occupancy

Experience in Corporate Real Estate and/or similar roles in Occupancy and design planning
