  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering customer obsession and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with design and research to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences for employees, managers, and administrators.
  • Engage directly with customers and industry experts to validate product direction and ensure we are solving high-value problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to further develop intelligence and automation into our time and absence solutions.
  • Build strong stakeholder alignment across internal functions, including executive leadership.
  • Define and track KPIs related to adoption, usability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of workforce trends, global labor laws, and regulatory changes to keep Dayforce solutions competitive and compliant.
  • Represent the Time and Absence portfolio in internal strategy forums, external customer councils, and industry events.
Skills and experience we value

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior executives.
  • Track record of delivering world-class user experiences in complex enterprise workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to improve time and absence solutions.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making with a strategic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills for both internal and external executive audiences.
