Key Responsibilities
Lead branch operations to meet revenue, margin and utilization goals
Build and support a strong safety-first culture
Support and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a culture of safety accountability, and collaboration.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and support customer project needs
Oversee fleet/equipment utilization and "right size" to maximize potential.
Manage staff, scheduling, and performance discussions.
Ensure compliance with company standards and provincial regulations.
Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
Research and drive implementation of new technologies in equipment
Collaborate with the Operations Director Canada and cross functional teams.
What you Bring
Eight (8) years of experience in operations, industrial services, equipment, construction, or related field.
Strong leadership skills and team development skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Experience working in multi-site project-based or fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze information and make sound operational decisions.
Proficiency with computer -based. Business applications.
Valid drivers' license
Work Environment:
Combination of office, yard and site environments
Regular exposure to outdoor conditions, industrial setting and equipment,
Some travel within the region may be required
Ability to safely perform physical aspects of the role, including standing, walking, bending and occasionally lifting and moving items.
