Meet the team:



The role of the Senior Manager, HCP, will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in Canadian market. Working in collaboration with the commercial team, this role will define the go-to-market strategies needed to accelerate our ambitious growth targets. This role will take charge of devising and executing HCP marketing strategies to enable product expansion across Canada, supporting sales to execute commercial strategy effectively along with the development and deployment of marketing collateral.


This role requires a deep understanding of the diabetes market, prescriber landscape, and its respective customer segments category along with experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption and usage of our products.


Where you come in:



You will be responsible for the design and execution of HCP marketing strategy, aligning it with the overall marketing and commercial strategy, to maximize brand awareness and recommendation amongst health care practitioners.


Development of messaging and sales enablement tools Development and execution of marketing collateral HCP conference management Working closely with Professional Education & KOL management teams, develop advisory plans, professional education strategies & programs. Define the promotional strategy to disseminate key selling messages to respective target audiences. Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes. Build, lead, motivate and mentor the team to deliver excellence & consistency in activation across all regions. Provide strong project management/leadership on key projects and communications activities and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time with a high level of quality, in accordance with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements.

What makes you successful:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing Demonstrated knowledge of the diabetes landscape in Canada Demonstrable record of leadership in marketing including business plan development, product launches, defining and controlling of marketing budgets. In-depth understanding of the diabetes market and the specific needs and preferences of healthcare professionals. Experience of managing relationships with industry partners & leading marketing efforts across multiple regions. Strong knowledge of CGM technology and its application in diabetes management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative presentations and content. Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Fluent in both English and French is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:



Typically requires a Bachelors Degree with 13+ of industry experience. 5 - 8 years of previous people management experience.

Remote Workplace:

Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Le role du Gestionnaire senior, professionnels de la sante (PS), sera determinant pour etendre notre empreinte sur le marche canadien. En collaboration avec l'equipe commerciale, ce role definira les strategies de mise sur le marche necessaires pour accelerer nos objectifs de croissance ambitieux. Ce role sera charge de concevoir et d'executer des strategies de marketing aupres des PS pour permettre l'expansion des produits a travers le Canada, en soutenant les ventes pour executer efficacement la strategie commerciale, ainsi que le developpement et le deploiement de materiel marketing. Ce poste necessite une comprehension approfondie du marche du diabete, du paysage des prescripteurs et de ses segments de clientele respectifs, ainsi qu'une experience dans le developpement de strategies et de campagnes marketing pour stimuler l'adoption et l'utilisation de nos produits.


Votre role :



Vous serez responsable de la conception et de l'execution de la strategie de marketing aupres des PS, en l'alignant sur la strategie marketing et commerciale globale, afin de maximiser la notoriete de la marque et la recommandation aupres des professionnels de la sante.


Developpement des messages et des outils d'aide a la vente Developpement et execution du materiel marketing Gestion des conferences pour les PS Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de formation professionnelle et de gestion des leaders d'opinion (KOL) pour elaborer des plans consultatifs, des strategies et des programmes de formation professionnelle Definir la strategie promotionnelle pour diffuser les messages de vente cles aux publics cibles respectifs Etablir des indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour tous les programmes, creer des previsions de resultats et suivre les performances pour s'assurer que les plans marketing produisent les resultats commerciaux escomptes Creer, diriger, motiver et encadrer l'equipe pour assurer l'excellence et la coherence de l'activation dans toutes les regions Assurer une solide gestion de projet/leadership sur les projets cles et les activites et initiatives de communication, en veillant a ce qu'ils soient accomplies a temps avec un haut niveau de qualite, conformement aux exigences de conformite, juridiques et reglementaires

Baccalaureat en marketing, communications, sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe Plus de 10 ans d'experience progressive en marketing de la sante Connaissance demontree du paysage du diabete au Canada Experience averee en leadership marketing, y compris l'elaboration de plans d'affaires, le lancement de produits, la definition et le controle des budgets marketing Comprehension approfondie du marche du diabete et des besoins et preferences specifiques des professionnels de la sante Experience de la gestion des relations avec les partenaires de l'industrie et de la direction des efforts de marketing dans plusieurs regions Solide connaissance de la technologie des capteurs de glucose (SCG) et de son application dans la gestion du diabete Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale, avec la capacite de creer des presentations et du contenu attrayants et informatifs Etat d'esprit axe sur les donnees, tirant parti des informations pour eclairer la prise de decision et optimiser les strategies de marketing La maitrise de l'anglais et du francais est un atout
